Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.

As you are having normal periods there is no chance for pregnancy. You are facing menstrual symptoms which are common during menses. If you were my patient I will suggest you to take tablet.meftal spas to get some relief from those symptoms.
Hope this answers your query.

Regards,
Dr.Alekhya.
