Could WBC 4-6hpf, RBC 1-2hpf Cause Yellow Diarrhea In A Child?

Dear Doc, My 3 years old daughter is haveing vomit two days ago and it stops one day ago and now she is having yelowish diharia. She had blood test and nothing found. Her stool test shows consistancy: Yellow Appearance: Diarrhea WBC 4-6 hpf RBC 1-2 hpf Ova & Parasites: No O/P seen What could it be?

Your daughter is having bacillary dysentry (loose stools with blood and mucus caused by a bacteria) If it is settling of its own in next 2-3 days nothing more than plenty of oral fluids ,nutritious food will suffice. If it does not show signs of improvement,then kindly see a pediatrician who will prescribe accordingly.
