Could Moxifloxacin Be Taken While On Medicaiton For Lupus?

i was just prescribed moxiflocasin hcl 400 mg by a new dr, an ent specialist working to wear up a long term sinus infection before a sinus lift needed for tooth implants. i have lupus and worry a little about any interactions. also have anaphylactic reactions to shellfish fish peanuts, fyi. i take paxil, advair diskus for asthma, hydroxycholoquine for lupus, atorvastatin, plus as needed rarely xanax , emergency inhaler, nystatin, benedryl, epipen. any thoughts?

Hi,

Moxifloxacin drops does not interact with the drugs you have listed above. Hence, you can use the all the drugs together. Avoid Moxifloxacin with blood thinners and drugs used in the treatment of abnormal heart rhythms. These drugs should not be used together.
