Cough, Sore Throat, Sick, Chills, Tired With Watery Eyes, Nausea. What Could This Be?
I have a little bit of cough and sore throat and no matter how mach water i drink, my mouth still feels so dry. Today, while Im in school , I was feeling so sick , extreme cold , chills and very tired with watery eyes and a little dizzy.. I also have neusea and my appetite is not as much as I normally am. I only have a mild fever. Im 15 and female. What could this be?

As per your description it seems like you are having upper respiratory tract infection
It could be due to viral infection, which will subside by just supportive measures like proper hydration, with plenty of oral fluids, bed rest and Paracetamol tablet for fever. You can try salt water gargling to reduce throat congestion. viral infection does not respond to antibiotics.
Sometimes secondary bacterial infection may worsen the symptoms even after above mentioned supportive measure in such cases its recommended to consult physician to start of With appropriate antibiotics.
