Continuous Gastric, Stomach Pain, Low Appetite, Diarrhea. Is There Any Medicine?
Hi I have been experiencing for a week and a half now, continuos gas, and stomach pain. I cannot eat my meals completely, due to me having to go to the restroom right after every time I eat. I have lost almost 10 pounds, in the last week, and even though my appetite isn t poor, my stomach can t seem to even handle the simplest of foods without pain, gas, or diarrhea .

You seem to be suffering from acute gastritis or might be having a bout of gastroenteritis . for which you can take a course of antibiotics .
you can take the following medication
tab pantoprazole 40 mg once before brekfast
tab ofloxacin or ornidazole for infection
also avoid spicy food and take plenty of fluids
take food containing fibres , avoid meat and alcohol and oily food

you seem to be having stomach infection which is causing the pain and diarrhea..along with medications, you need to eat light foods like fruits, juices, curd rice, sapo etc.. drink buttermilk and coconut water to avoid dehydration.. consume lot of water.. avoid foods high in fibers like raw salads, whole grains as it can cause more gas and pain.. once your stomach condition improves introduce food slowly.. avoid milk and wheat for sometime..rest well avoid junk and oily foods..take care
