Continuous Fever. Azithromycin Safe?

Hi, My daughter is having fever from past 4 days.Temp. reaches 99.4 to 100 deg. Currently I am giving Crocin every 6 hours. But the fever has not come down. I went to a local pediatrician and he prescribed antibiotic Azro( azithromycin ) for 5 days. I have already given one dose. Should I continue with it... Thanks,

Yes you should continue and follow the presciption of presbribed drugs,which would help in releiving your daughters symptoms.
