Constipation, white stool, abdominal pain, acid reflux

I ve had a constipated bowel pattern now for over a month, the most troubling thing in that the feces has these White, ovalish specks in it which seems not to be mucus . I also have sharp abdominal pain which comes and goes all day long. I ve also started to have a very bad acid reflux . I m an 18 yr old female. I have a healthy diet , I think. Are these symptoms of any particular disease or just something in my diet ?

Hi Aanchal, Welcome to HCM.

A stomach disorder for over a month needs to be checked. Considering all your symptoms, it should be taken care of with a proper diet. Include a lot of fruits and vegetables along with a lot of warm water. When you have acid refluxes, try consuming cold milk or eat banana. Your body will have to be detoxified and all the waste should be thrown out after which they can function properly. So avoid fatty foods, refined foods, sweets, high calorie foods and try consuming simple foods(like steamed foods) that are easy to digest and accompany your diet with lot of water.

You should also consult a doctor if the situation persists for a longer time.

Good luck!!!
