General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi,
As nothing is mentioned about him like his age, weight, co morbid illness and family history, it is difficult to make a differential diagnosis.
However, i get the impression that it could be some neurological disorder of the gut. consulting a gastroenterologist will be of extreme help to you.
All the best.
