Constant Thirst, Vomiting, Sick Stomach, More Urination, Tiredness. Cure For Symptoms?

Hello,
I'm worried as I've not been feeling like myself lately, I'm constantly thirsty even though I'm drinking a lot of water, I'm vomiting & have a sick stomach after eating and for no reason at all, I've been urinating a lot more times in the day and feel very tired what could this be? When I type it in google it's bringing up Diabetes?

Hello,
Uncontrolled diabetes or high blood sugar levels result in increased thirst with increased urination and extreme tiredness and fatigue.
Your symptoms definitely match with diabetes.
You must consult a doctor and get blood sugar fasting,PP and HBA1c estimation done.
Prompt investigation and timely treatment is the call now.
In case it turns out to be diabetes, make sure that you take the treatment regularly because uncontrolled diabetes leads to various complications in future.
Along with medications take proper dietary care by cutting on sweets, junk foods and colas and do regular aerobic exercises for 45 minutes a day.
Remember, diabetes is a chronic irreversible disease where you have to manage it life long.

Thanks
