Constant Leg Pain

I have pain in my left leg that feels like a growing pain from when I was a kid and it's been constant for 3 days now. The pain mostly radiates through the whole leg . Any ideas what this could be?

Hello.Welcome.You have not mentioned your age or any disease you are suffering from or any regular medicines you are taking.Your pain could be overstrain,sciatica,hip or knee arthritis,osteoporosis etc.Consult the orthopedician for investigations and treatment.Good luck.
