Constant Gurgling In Throat, Bad Breath, Post Nasal Drip, Smell In Nose. Medications?

I keep having a constant gurgling in my throat along with bad breath, post nasal drip from allergies, and terrible smell out of my nose in which I am not sure it is coming from my throat. Currently taking Protonix , Carafate once day on empty stomach, and Dymista ( Flonase & Asterpro combined). I have a hiatal hernia diagnosed from endoscopy with slight reflux. I also have no gallbladder. Can someone direct me on what meds to help the smell in nose, gurling in throat, reflex, etc. I have tried everything and also have an excellent diet. Thanks in advance.

HI I have gone through your mail and as you said that you are worried for your bad breath you have used throat gargling etc but you are not sure that from where this is coming (nose or reflex from abdomen). After considering your complaints I would like to tell you that basically you are having sinusitis which is responsible for post nasal drip which is giving bad breath.thus you should contact your E.N.T.specialist for physical examination and clinical co-relation of symptoms and treatment.Thanks.
