Constant Chest Pain, Burps, Popping Sternum, Fatigue, Panic Attacks. No Problem In ECG, X-ray. No Relief From Medication. Help

Hi, my name is patrick. Its close to a year now i've been having constant chest pain, frequent embarrassing burping, regular popping sternum, difficulty swallowing, fatigue, shallow breathing sometimes and panic attacks.
Done two X-rays, ECG and lipid profile test but nothing seem to have been discovered while these problem continues. often when i check my BP, its usually normal the doctors say. The doctors placed me on tranquilizers and antibiotics but didn't suffice. Please help me as my life has not been normal anymore since all these started and am scared something really serious is happening to me.

Hi,
As your all reports are normal, there is no reason to worry.
You are having anxiety neurosis.
Continue with tranquilizer and within few days you will feel better as tranquilizer may take some time to work.
You may take omiprazole or ranitidine as and when require.
Avoid fried and junk food.
Ok and take care.
