Colegenious Collitis. Took ATT Treatment. On R-cinex And Combutol. Why Pain In Body?
Hi doctor, I am 36 years old. I am colegenious collitis patiant. 4 year ago i was taken ATT treatment R-cinex-600mg and combutol 1200mg for 6 months. While tuberculosis was not diagnose. After taking the medicine shoulders, back and legs are started acute pain. My HLA B-27 test is positive kindly give me proper guideline I will be highly oblised you.

ATT causes peripheral neuritis which causes pain of the limbs. This can be managed with Pyridoxine supplements.
But the pain is most likely due to ankylosing spondylitis due to HLA B-27 positivity. It is a degenerative bony condition. Consult an Orthopedician.
