Clitoris In Pain, Swelling, Bumps, Dryness. What Is It?

Hey my clitoris is hurting bad and I lifted up it to see what was wrong and it is swollen and idk were my clitoris is because there is about 3 Bumps on it but idk which is my clitoris it is very dry . Iam 14 I cannot tell my parents because they Re very much Against masturbAting and devout Christians if I can help please let me know thank you iam not sexually active but could this be a std? Help!

Hello,
From the way you have expressed, it may be sebaceous cysts.
There are many oil glands in the genital region and they can sometimes get clogged.
Not STD nothing to worry. Maintain Hygiene. Application of Hot water may help. Don't disturb it with your fingers. It may disappear on its own.
