Hello and welcome to HCM,
If you do not have any hearing loss
then in all probability you may not have ruptured the drum. But this can be confirmed only on examination by an ENT and also if there has been a bleed the doctor may need to clean the area and start medication in case of any infection.
If the doctor does find that there is a hole in the drum then an audiological evaluation is warranted for proper quantification and follow up
this is a general instruction but more specifically in your case the root problem is the use of q tips or ear buds when it is not needed. When we normally chew or swallow, the ear gets cleaned so you do not have to do anything more.
also make sure if you have bled from ear then you should avoid head bath for at least one week lest water enters the ear and keep the ear completely dry. This will ensure proper healing of the drum and ear canal
