Circumcised Child Having Inflamed Penis Head With Small Red Bumps And Swelling. What Could Be The Reason?

hello I have a 5 year old son (with No MONEY) So please don't make me pay my email is YYYY@YYYY I am single mom full of struggle! Any who! My 5 Year old little boy was just in the shower and he was washing as I observe and say, "Branson, pull back your skin and wash. Branson pull back your skin and rinse!" (He is Circumcised) He started crying saying it hurt as i got him out and dryed him off he pulled back again to get good and dry. I looked at it 2 years pre med i have never seen it before he was totally inflammed right under his head small red bumps and swollen what could this be from?

If he is circumcised, then no need to clean the area any more otherwise this could traumatized the penis glance, if it is inflammatory process then need to treated with anti-inflammatory drug if it is just lump like structure and not painful then it need to be seen by doctor, hope this will help you in taking decision have nice day.
