Chronic L Side Stitch, Pain, Sore Abdomen, Unable To Breath

I m training for a 10K on April 7th and a Half marathon on May 7th. I m battle chronic L side stitch that I can t seem to get rid of. It seems to be exacerbated when running downhill. If I lean toward the L the pain subside but returns as soon as I go back to neutral spine . It will subside if I walk but returns immediately on running. I ve tried deep breaths with persed lip exhales and that helps until I begin breathing normally again. Also my L abdomin is sore 2-3 days after a running with the stitch.

Dear sir ,

In my opinion you should give this marathon a miss , see a doctor and get yourself checked to see if this stich is not torn.
