Child With Fever, Vomiting, Cough. Given Ibugesic. What To Do?

Hi, My son is 1year 3 months old..he is suffering from fever since last 2 days and today is 3 rd day..also dry cough is there.he is vomiting also for 2-3 times a day. fever is not always but sometimes in a day between 98.3 to 102.4. he is taking his oral intake and lots of water also. i have gven him ibugesic plus whenver fever emerges and Azithral once in a day..what should i do now..shud I consult a doctor or wait for today

Hi,
It seems that he might be having viral infection.
At the same time bacterial infection should keep in mind.
As you are giving antibiotic, nothing to worry, wait for 1-2 days and if there is no improvement then consult your doctor and get examined.
Continue giving enough water.
Maintain his nourishment.
Ok and take care.
