Child Unsettled, Seems To Be In Pain. Could He Be Teething? Having Cold Sweats. Worried?

My youngest son 14months old stayed the nights at a friends on saturday night (just gone) when I picked him up early sunday morning he was very unsettled and seems to be in pain (can't tell where) could be teething. Normally he runs high temps pretty easily, however I have been struggling to keep his temp 'above' 36c! It's now Monday morning.
]I have rugged him up but he's still struggling to get-to/maintain above 36c. My other concern is that he's having continuous cold sweats. Should I be worried?
