Child Not Feeding. Had Taken Vaccine 4 Days Back And Had Fever. Related?
last saturday my baby (i year baby girl) was given the vaccines and doctor told they she may get fever. 4 days bfore she had fever and it was persistent for 4 days from 3 day onwards we keep giving her paracetamol.. now the fever is gone but today since morning she is not feeding. We tried to force her, tried to offer different food and milk but all in vain. She has lost more than 1 kg from 2 days.... really worried

Hi, last saturday, your 1 year baby girl, was given vaccination, doctor told that she may get fever, she got from 3rd day and persistant for 4 days, now fever is not there but reluctant to take food.
It appears that she has developed some gastric irritation and vomiting sensation due to paracetamol.
For my patients in this situation i prefer to give domperidone , or ondesitron syp for relief. Thank you.
