Child Is Thalassemia Carrier. Taking Lmontus For Cold And Cough. Help

my son is 4 yrs. 9 months. he is a thallaesmia carrier and has frequently suffers from cold and cough .he was prescribed Lmontus kid and Pulmocod syr. by a doctor;which he took for about 14 months. due which his Serum Ige came down from 2060 to 695.but he was frequently suffering from stomach disorder also during the intake of that medicine. the doctor changed the medicine to Laveta M in may 2013 which he taking since then , but we have noticed that his frequency of stomach disorder was more. we have stopped giving him Laveta M for last 10 days. now his cold and cough problem has come back with fever last night. pl advise.

stomach pain may be because of medicine that boy is taking add tab pantoprazole 10 mg before meals that will improve his drug compliance,
