Child Is Lactose Intolerant, Breastfeeding Causes Diarrhea, Giving Easifud-Rice. Advice?

My boy is 3 months and 2 weeks old and lactose intolerant. What are the food supplements that can be given to him at this stage. We have already started with Easifud- Rice as per Doctor s advise from last month. His food contains Nusobee (soya) and easifud. He is not being breast-fed as it leads to diarrhea . Pls advise.

Hi,
For this age you can give only soya milk and rice based cereal!
After 2 weeks you can give juices (orange and appele)
Little later by 6 months you can add extra semisolid food like mashed potato, half boiled egg etc
Breast milk contains lactose and hence can not be given.
All the best
