Child having severe right lower quadrant pain. Relief after getting rectal suppository done. Cause of pain?

my niece has severe rt lower quadrant pain radiating to the hypogastricand lumbar area,the surgeon thought it was appendicitis . but on ct scan , there were minimal fluid in the culdesac with normal appendix.with corpus luteun cyst, cleared by gynecologist as normal . the pediatrician gave glycerine rectal suppository and patient passed out lots of feces , which gave much relieve 80 % .she is now eating well with flatus. what do you think is the problem? , what to do next? thanks worried aunt .

Well what we usually do here is that we order child to come nest day and repeat tests.If we see lab signs of progression of inflammatory markers then something is wrong.
This can be appendicitis, CT doesnt need to show it. Also this can be due to renal colica or urinary infection. Just wait and see is she gonna feel better,nothing serious will happen in few days. If you notice fever, vomiting or intensive pain wih muscle guarding then go to hospital.
