my niece has severe rt lower quadrant pain radiating to the hypogastricand lumbar area,the surgeon thought it was appendicitis . but on ct scan , there were minimal fluid in the culdesac with normal appendix.with corpus luteun cyst, cleared by gynecologist as normal . the pediatrician gave glycerine rectal suppository and patient passed out lots of feces , which gave much relieve 80 % .she is now eating well with flatus. what do you think is the problem? , what to do next? thanks worried aunt .
