Hi,
from history it seems that your son might be having some gastro-intestinal infection giving rise this problem off an on.
Give him one course of Ofloxacilin, tinidazole combination medicine for 3-5 days.
Avoid giving junk food.
Give him light diet for few days.
Give plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
