Child Having Pain In Upper Abdomen. Treated For Infection, Swelling. On Gentile, Taxim. Better Medicament And Treatment Needed

my son 13 yrs having pain in upper abdomein even after got admitted in hospital more than 5 days for treatment of infection, swelling, pain even then after discharging he is feeling pain & doctors recommended 1.gentile-400mg, 2.tab. taxim-o-200mg twice,3.cap.lanzol-juniour-twice,4.talitrax-1/2 in morning.so please advise if some better medicine/treatment to follow to make him o.k. thanks.
