my daughter we were at the park and she came home her eye is swollen and she's had a blotch on her face all day that itches looks like its gotton a tad bit bigger shes asleep no fever but what do I do I gave her allergy med she is four

From the explanation you gave it seems to be allergy. Get your baby examined by your doctor. He may prescribe you antihistaminics after confirming the diagnosis. Calamine lotion may help.
