Child Has Small Bumps On His Balls In Penis Since 8 Years Old. Cure For Symptoms?

I have a 16 year boy. He says he has small bumps on his ball sacks and part of his penis. He told me he has had this since he was approx 8 years old. Can you send me some pictures showing follicle bumps on the sacks and penis. He is worried. My husband told him he had these small bumps for as long as he can remember. My son wants me to make an appointment with our family doctor. I am not sure it is that bad. Just want to send him pictures showing it is normal.

Many conditions presents as bumps on penis and scrotum.
Physical examination by the doctor is important to identify the lesions whether they are normal or due to some disease.
At least you can upload the picture of the skin bumps on this site to identify the problem.
