Dermatologist 's  Response
hi i think it is only folliculitis or pyoderma due to any injury or due to any insect bite or due to excess moisture due to wearing of shoes.it should be treated with clavum sryup twice daily and crocin twice daily to reduce inflammation and apply mupirocin ointment over the lesion can cure it.if it is still present pop it with a needle and apply a mupirocin ointment twice daily
