"my daughter (10) have been complaining of pain around belly button and nausea for 3 days, I took her to urgent care yesterday, the dr did blood work (came back normal) as did urine sample, they said those would have been indicators of her apendix however, today she is still complaining of pain and nausea and has slept most of the day, she has not eaten much but an apple and has had very little to drink. I am concerned and am hesitant to go back to urgent care taking there time to say yet can't find anything wrong, is there something I should be asking for, tests anything? so I am more informed when I do take her, as a mother I feel the urge to take her again, but I also feel they will say the same thing. can appendistist take days to show in blood work? thank you confused and concerned mummy
