Viral fevers can last for 12 days too!.If your child has high fever
along with non purulent conjunctivitis
just see whether he develops any rash or lymph glands with it. It he has these fevers with very red lips then it might be a case of Kawasaki's disease which might warrant medical attention.Otherwise viral fevers should taper slowly.If fever persists go for tests for typhoid
,dengue,etc.Take help of your local pediatrician
