Child Has Fever, Dizziness And Mild Headache. Should We Take Her To Hospital?

our daughter has fever:- 10.00am 39.7 childrens advil 2.02pm 37.9 4.30pm 40.0 childrens cough syrup 5.30 childrens advi she also has dizziness and a mild headache should we take her to the hospital?

Thank you for your query,
Your daughter looks like having a Viral fever.
You can give Tylenol or advil in prescribed dosage every 8 th hourly depending on the presence of fever.
Do tepid sponging with lukewarm water if the fever is high.
Give plenty of oral fluids to maintain hydration.
Consult your Pediatrician for the assessment of your daughter and for the specific treatment.
