Child Has Diabetic Seizure, Headache, Appetite Loss, Stomach Ache. Normal?

I have a child who had a diabetic siezure on Saturday and is complaining of headaches and he is eating very little and then complains of stomach ache.
He was taken to the E.R. where they ran the full battery of tests and I was wondering if this is normal symptoms.

Headache and stomach pain after seizure is most common symptoms.
May be due to drugs , pain in stomach.
Pain in head is due to fall of mild degree blood pressure.
Diabetic seizure is a rare symptom in children.
