Chest X-ray Shows Opacity In Lung, No Pleural Effusion. Chest Pain. Do Not Smoke

hi doctor, i'm 34 year old female. i've got chest x-ray report. finding is "the heart, mediastinum and pulmonary hila are unremarkable. there is a patchy opacity in the left mid lung adjacent linear opacities. there is no pleural effusion" i've been feeling little bit pain in my left side upper side chest for 8-9 months. but the pain is not regular. i'm scare now if something serious thing happen to me? i'm not smoker. please give me your advise.

The patchy lesions could be just prominent bronchovascular markings.
I suggest you to send the picture of the x Ray so that personal opinion can be given.
