Chest Pain, Weight Increase, Food Craving. How To Get Rid Of Gastric Trouble?

I am having a serious Gastric problem. some times I also getting the pain in the chest because of that. If I am trying to take items like cookies so that I can avaid it. But it is increasing the food craving and Increasing the weight(86 weight and 5feet 7 inchehes height) . Can you please suggest me inorder to get rid of the gastric troble and the overweight

hi and welcome....
dear to get rid of gastric trouble ,i advise you to take gastric prokinetic(domperidone) half an hour before meal....take fiber rich foods in your meal....and low fat diet....
regarding weight loss,take foods containing less calories,good and regular excercise....there is a drug name metformin ,basically used in diabetec patients to control blood sugar....but it also has excelant result in obese to decrease weight....250mg B.D for 6months.... regards
