Chest Pain That Fluctuates. X Ray, ESR Normal. Why Are There Lymphocytes?

I am a 30 year old male. Height is approximately 174cms and weight is 49Kgs. My weight stays in the range of 47 -49 always. I am having chest pain for more than 2 months now and i get them every day, a good amount of times. It mostly comes and goes. It initially started in one location that is in the the center of the upper chest but more towards the right. Later I started getting pains at - lower center more towards left, left lower part and right lower part of chest. These pains are random and any one or more of these locations pain together. But there is mostly discomfort in the center of the upper chest towards the right. Sometimes the pains last a few mins and sometimes an hour or two. The pain is moderate and bearable. Also sometimes the pain is such that I can t take deep breaths as it worsens. Also there is this continuous tightness at the upper center part of the chest, which I feel if I try to take a deep breath. I have got my Xray(PA view) done. with the following results both lung fields are clear the cardiac shadow appears within normal limits. trachea and major bronchi appears normal. both costophrenic angles are well maintained. bony thorax is unremarkable. Also i got a blood report done Haemogram which was clear - only lymphocytes is 44.2 which is out of the 20-40 range on the report. Also E.S.R is 3 mm/hr I do not have a cold or cough . I do get stomach problems and gas easily. My appetite is normal and I normally eat many small meals throughout the day.

Dear friend,
welcome to HCM.
have you done any electrocardiogram (ECG?)
Have you been given acidity pills? get sour eructuations?
are u breathless?

many conditions may mimic this pain. at your age heart disease is uncommon , but not impossible. also dyspepsia (acidity variants ) can mimic . oesophagitis, GERD, rarely pulm. embolism.
since it there for many days, kindly get evaluated in details at a good physician's place... and let me know the progress.
good luck.
