Chest Pain Radiating To Back, Obstruction In Throat

I am a 30 yr old male, I do experience chest pain that radiates to the back. The pain is common in the morning (after waking up) and cease few minutes after getting up from bed. sometimes it occurs during the day but mild but seems to reduce after eating. Sometimes at night, i hack alot and seems to have something in my throat i need to get out (is this a sign of a bad breath?)

hii
your symptoms of getting chest pain which is relieved mostly on taking food is suggestive of peptic ulcer . it occurs commonly nowadays due to our lifestyle changes consisting of more spicy diet and more stressful life ..
i suggest u to better avoid spicy food and take food at regular times in order to avoid these symptoms and even u may take anti gastric medicines like pantop for 1mth to reduce ur symptoms..
if ur still suffering from this problem u have to go for investigations like endoscopy and barium studies to diagnose the condition exactly..
so firstly start modifying diet and take pantop tab and then u can proceed further ..
thank u and all the best ..
