Let me assure, no congenital heart disease
(like coronary artery disease) can cause chest pain
, usually it is involvement of lung and its coverings which cause pain. She appears to have arrhythmia
(fluttering of chest) as described you. Pain could be pericarditis
. From gastrointestinal investigations and EEG has been planned I can surmise she is probably suffering from multi system disease with pericarditis or recurrent pulmonary emboli
causing chest pain which has deprived her from sleep. My suggestion will take her to doctor even in emergency room as the child is in discomfort and diagnosis has yet not been made.
