Chest pain due to strained chest muscle while cleaning. How to relieve pain?

Was cleaning out deep freezer a few weeks ago. Power went out so lots of rotten meat water. thought if I refroze the water it would be easier to clean but wasn t. poured bleach straight to kill gems while I cleaned. Had chest pains that evening called health link they said I probably just strained chest muscle. But I still have the pain on right side of chest

Your problem regarding rightside chest pain is due to muscle cramps or over streching of your chest muscle while cleaning..this kind of pain will be relived mostly by rest and sometimes pain killers..
