Cause For Irregular And Unusual Periods In A 45 Year Old Who Had Tubal Ligation 5 Years Ago?
I am a 45 year old female. Have started having irregular periods for about a year or 2 now. I sometimes go 2 months without a period. I also had a tubal ligation 5 years ago. This current period that I am having started about 10 days ago and has not stopped yet. Last period before that was two months ago. This period was bright red and very thin (watery). This is very unusual for my typical cycle. What can be causing this and do I need to seek medical treatment.
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. If you have any problem with the periods of such type, you can consult a doctor. Other wise it is due to the premenopause. and need not be worried about. Any how the other causes anemia, and infection may be excluded by attending a doctor. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to hasten the recovery. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
