Cancer Tumor On Side Of Neck, Trouble In Reading, Writing. How To Treat It?

My husband has a tumor on the side of his neck that has had a ultra sound and biopsy. It has come back positive for cancer and we are now waiting to see an ENT next week. I am trying to find information on the type of cancer but am having trouble reading the writing. This is what I can make out. seqnmeans cell cerciroma. Can you please help me.

Squamous cell carcinoma is a type of carcinoma and it is the most common type of cancer in neck region.
It arise from squamous cell( cell that lines the surface) and treatment depends upon staging, site, age and health of the patients.
Treatment are surgical, radiotherapy,chemotherapy and targeted therapy.
