it happened to President Eisenhower. The story is that he thought it was 'indigestion' but it got worse so they finally called a doctor and the doctor said it was a heart attack. They prescribed bed rest and no strenous activity and he served out the term of his presidency. The funny question is whether the hamburgers back then are the same as the hamburgers of today?
