I have another otc I would like to take that would give me 2500 u vitamin D3 + K but don t know if I m safe taking it with the D vitamins I m already taking. I do get kidney stones and don t want to overdose. Can I safely take the new supplement?

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
No, you should not take new supplement.
You are already taking loading dose of vitamin D3 in the form of weekly tablet.
You are also taking daily multivitamin tablet which is having maintenance dose of vitamin D3.
So no need for additional dose of vitamin D3.
This will cause hypervitaminosis and renal stones.
So don't start new supplement.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
