Can Vaginal Spotting Be A Symptom Of A Uterine Fibroid?
I’ve had dnc about two years ago and had a Mirena put in to help My hyperplasia. I had no bleeding at all until about 6 months ago. Started spotting. The last month or two I’ve had more bleeding stomach pain and now whenever I lift something heavy I have instant vaginal bleeding. Could it be a fibroid tumor?

So to do further work up pelvic examination and per speculum examination done and than USG planned if needed.
It will help in rule out fibroid, polyp etc like lesion if present
Until than for bleeding Tranexamic acid can be prescribed.
