Can Uvula Deviation Cause Throat Phlegm?

My uvala is deviating to the left. I had sinus surgery under general anethesia a few months ago and noticed this after the surgery.
Since that time my nose has been running and just recently( 3 months after surgery) I have to constantly clear my throat. Almost feel like there is flem in my throat and I can t clear. Happens most often after I work out and after eating but not during sleep. All blood work is normal, Lungs clear, (CT scan), endos- slight acid relux but thats about it
My concern is cranial nerve damage-9 and 10. How can I determine if this is the case and what can I do about it. Also left tonsol has white dots on it and is inflammed but having no pain,

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Injury to cranial nerves 9 and 10 doesnt occur while doing sinus surgery.Uvula in most of cases is not central,it will be either deviated to right or left.Symptoms of cranial nerve palsy 9 and 10, include cough while eating, nasal regurgitation of fluids.Post fess nasal symptoms should be investigated with nasal endoscopy. An examination of oral cavity for gag reflex and sensation of pharynx will rule out possibility of cranial nerve injury..
