Can Treated Stomach Flu Cause No Bowel Movement?
Thank you, I have had the stomach flu with vomiting and diarrhea about 7 days ago i have slowly added foods back to my diet however the color of my stool is gray ish is that normal i have not eaten much for the past 4-5 days and did not have a bm for 5 dasy due to limited oral intake
any ideas? or thoughts ?

even if you don t eat you can have bm. you probably had a gastroenteritis. still is a good idea to have a stool exam to exclude parasites.
