Can Tightness And Heaviness In Chest Be Caused Due To Anxiety?

I have been suffering a tight / heavy chest also at night when I lie down I start to wheeze a little ..I have had breathing test and that is fine no asthma or copd I have a inhaler which opens my airways I have als o taken a 2 mg diazepam which has taken off the tight chest ... do you think my tight chest is anxiety

chest tightness has many causes of that but the most probable cause with you is stress and anxiety but some times if you have risk factors like obesity and hypertension and diabetes you should do ECG test to role out angina or myocardial infarction.. if you have fever or persistent cough you should have x ray chest
