Can Thyroid Cause To Gain Weight?

I was underweight till 6 months before. now i gained weight due to good food and health condition. but also i fear whether my weight increased due to thyroid...I get white powder like on skin after heavy sweat tat too very very rare..tat is the oly question i want to ask whether i have thyroid

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

Yes you can have hypothyroidism. Hypothyroidism can cause weight gain. Or you are normal and your weight may increase due to good food.
Its better that you should go for T3, T4 and TSH level once. It will give you exact idea whether you have any thyroid problems or not. Then take treatment accordingly.
