Can The Complex Cyst Be Ovarian Cancer?

Hi I have had an ultra sound scan which shows I have a 5 x 5.7 cm cyst. It contains miltiple internal spectations several of these marginally thickened. This type of complex cyst can potentially be neoplasticism with a slightly increased risk at the boarderline size. I am 45 years old. I had cervical cAncer when I was 24 years old; hysterectomy although Fallopian tubes and ovaries where left....I also had radiotherapy. I have HPV too. Do you think I have ovarian cancer?

Generally complex ovarian cysts are due to benign causes and it may require follow up ultrasound only.
Up to 3-4 cm cysts respond well and it may disappear in follow up ultrasound.
You may need further work-up like CA-125 estimation. It will idea about malignancy.
If size of cysts increases or there are associated complications then you may need CT scan of pelvis.
