Can Testicular Pain With Sperm Problems Be Caused By Hair Loss Medications?

doctor i was having hair loss so one of d doctor suggest me finax i mg mintop 5% and keraglo forte now its being 1.5 years am using d medicine but now am facing problems like testicular pain sometimes, quantity and quality of my sperm has decrease plz doctor suggest me should i continue taking d medicine ... or not

Thanks for query .
You have been taking Fenasteride and mintop for loss of hair since 1.5 years and have noticed testicular pain and reduction in semen volume .

Both these drugs are known to have side effects of Testicular atrophy and affect spermatogenesis and in may lead to infertility .

Please discontinue these drugs immediately and repeat your semen analysis and blood test for Testosteron levels after two months to confirm the regaining of testicular function .
