Can Taking Wellbutrin And Phentermine Result In Having Auditory Hallucinations?

I have been taking Wellbutrin for 4 years and Phentermine for a couple of months to loose weight under a doctors care. Within the past 2 weeks I have been getting auditory hallucinations. They are now constant unless I am talking with someone. Can either of these drugs be causing the problem? If they are, do you think the hallucinations will stop when I discontinue the medication?

The side effect of the drug is unlikely, still certain side effects can only be felt when drug being taken for longer period, here we can confirm it by stopping the drug for some time, if the hallucination gone then it could be due to side effect of drug, then after a few days start taking the drug again, the symptoms comes again then it is for sure the side effect of drug, but even after omitting the drug symptoms persist then it is not due to the drug, then you have to leave the anxiety, depression, and other functional elements that must the cause of hallucination, take care and have nice day.
